The charities for Reign XVI were PFLAG go greater Cincinnati, YWCA Breast Cancer Awareness Fund, AIDS Volunteers of Cincinnati, AIDS Volunteers of Northern Kentucky and Caracole House. Other charities supported were: FACE (For AIDS Children Everywhere), Cure our Kids (Cystic Fibrosis), Moveable Fest (in honor of Michael Thompson-Lexington), the League for Animal Welfare, the Leather Archive Museum, the Paul Lee Delph Memorial Music Scholarship Fund, GLSEN and the Youth Summit, and The Gay and Lesbian Community Center (Pride committee).

The reign also participated in the Cincinnati Alternative Volleyball League and had several members play on teams ni the River City Softball League.

The ISQCCBE and Reign XVI were represented at 14 out of town coronations, including: Iowa, Boston, Houston, Connecticut, New York, Lexington, Buffalo, London Ontario, Omaha, Minneapolis, San Antonio, Toronto, Chicago and Hamilton-Wentworth. We were represented in two pride parades, Cincinnati and our state capitol, Columbus.

A new venue was added, Club Adonis and continued our support of shows at Oxford University and Spectrum under the direction of Kristy Kay Carolina.

During August, there were two candidates for Emperor, Mike Glassmeyer and Mike Burke, and one candidate for Empress, Poison Ivy. Coronation XVII "From Tiki Torches to Voodoo Dolls: A Trip through the African Safari" was held at the Duke Energy Convention Center on September 8, 2007. Brooklyn and Bobby stepped down and were succeeded by Poison Ivy and Mike Burke.
