2012 Annual Bylaws Change Meeting - May 22, 2012 at 7pm will be our annual Bylaws Change meeting at the Cincinnati Public Library Downtown Cincinnati - Huenefeld Tower Room on the 3rd Floor. All propsed Bylaws changes must be submitted to the President of the Board of Directors by April 21, 2012.
Important Monarchial Campaign Dates
5/28/12 - Must be a member in order to request an absentee ballot
6/30/12 - Monarchial candidate applications will be available begining at 11:59pm at Shooters
7/21/12 - Monarchial candidate applications must be postmarked by 11:59pm
7/27/12 - Absentee ballots requests can be made starting at 11:59pm via mail (Attn: Membership Chair, PO Box
141152, Cincinnati, OH 45250) or e-mail (membership@isqccbe.org)
7/29/12 - Monarchial candidate interviews from 1-4pm, location TBA
8/03/12 - Monarchial campaign kickoff at 11:59pm
8/21/12 - Absentee ballots must be postmarked by 11:59pm
8/26/12 - Voting Day 4-8pm, location TBA
The voted name of this corporation shall be as follows: THE IMPERIAL SOVEREIGN QUEEN CITY COURT OF THE BUCKEYE EMPIRE, INC., ALL OF OHIO.
For the remainder of this document, all references to this organization shall be “The Court.” This includes references to the organization’s name and its membership composition of all paid members.The Court is an incorporated non-profit organization of the State of Ohio. It adheres to all federal, state and local laws, including those of the Internal Revenue Code, and of the State of Ohio, as a 501(c)(3) organization. Records and documents of the Court are public, consistent with state and federal laws governing public domain. The fiscal year of the organization is January 1 to December 31, and its purposes are defined as follows:
·To raise funds for contribution to and in support of any and all charitable [minimum 501(c)(3)] causes upon suggestion of the reigning monarchs and approval of the Board of Directors.
·To represent the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender communities, and all concerned individuals, in support of community functions.
·To create recreational, charitable and cultural activities.
